The Missing Piece

Over the past two years, Chris Paul has turned Oklahoma City Thunder and Phoenix Suns into playoff contenders. Before arriving at these two organizations, they were trying to acquire the missing piece to carry them over the hump. In a transparent manner, Chris Paul changes the culture and spreads his knowledge to all of his teammates.

Of all the teams Chris Paul was apart of, his wizardry with the basketball and his amazing offensive mind was on full display. Having Chris is basically like having a second coach on the floor. Not only does he know the playbook like the back of his hand, he’s also going to put you in the right place to succeed. Given the nickname “The Point God” it is no mystery that he is extraordinary with the basketball in his hand.

From the ball fakes, alley-oops, and fancy assists Chris Paul is definitely one of a kind. As basketball fans, we have to admire and give credit where credit is due, to the 16-year-old veteran. After all this time in the National Basketball Association, it's amazing to see Chris Paul still competing at a high level and offering value. He’s also amazing off the basketball court as he gives publicity to Historic Black Colleges any chance he gets by either wearing clothing from a specific HBCU or wearing custom-made shoes that display a certain college.

I’m a person that believes in giving a person their flowers while they are alive, Chris definitely deserves those flowers as he is an inspiration from the things he does on and off the basketball court.
